We provide consultancy services to entities in the public and private sectors on matters related to transitional justice. This includes addressing, among other issues: the nature, scope, and application in transitional contexts; the legal complexities of institutional design of justice systems of this nature; ensuring the satisfaction of victims’ rights to participation, truth, justice, reparation, and non-recurrence; and the convergence of various regimes of international law (human rights, international humanitarian law, and international criminal law) in models of transitional justice.
